Refund and Return Policy রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি
We want you to be satisfied with our training programmes and products.
Training programmesIf you cannot attend a course you have registered for, please let us know as early as possible. We will offer a place in a later batch where available, or review your refund request.
ProductsIf a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after checking the item.
How to requestWrite to us by email or through the contact form with your name, phone number and details. Our team will respond as soon as possible.
আমরা চাই আপনি আমাদের প্রশিক্ষণ ও পণ্যে সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন।
প্রশিক্ষণ প্রোগ্রামনিবন্ধিত কোর্সে অংশ নিতে না পারলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের জানান। সম্ভব হলে পরবর্তী ব্যাচে আসন দেওয়া হবে, অথবা আপনার রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ বিবেচনা করা হবে।
পণ্যপণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পৌঁছালে ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অর্ডারের তথ্য ও ছবিসহ আমাদের জানান। যাচাইয়ের পর পরিবর্তন বা রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে।
যেভাবে অনুরোধ করবেননাম, ফোন নম্বর ও বিস্তারিতসহ ইমেইল বা যোগাযোগ ফর্মে লিখুন। আমাদের টিম দ্রুত সাড়া দেবে।
